The Solution.
An automated system that collects availability via WhatsApp or Notion, processes responses in real time, and provides the coach with a clear dashboard. Built with n8n for workflow automation and GPT API for natural language processing. GPT API analyzes attendance history and automatically sends factual reports to the coach, creating accountability over time.
